Otaru Kveshi
Bard, College of Dreams
Otaru Kveshi
Species
Wishborn harefolk
Appearance
In humanoid form, he is a tall, graceful man with the poised delicacy of a court dancer and the wary stillness of a rabbit listening beneath snow. His movements are nearly silent, but never timid. He turns his whole body toward whoever speaks, as if granting them the full privilege of his attention. His white hair falls in loose, soft waves to his collar, with a faint silver sheen like frost on spun wool. His most unexpected feature is his hands: broad-palmed, callused, and visibly stronger than the rest of him, more like a stable keeper's than a divine messenger's. He smiles with perfect elegance while keeping his feet angled toward the nearest escape route.
“His voice is low, musical, and carefully paced, with rounded vowels and a gentle Caucasian lilt. He speaks as if every sentence has been polished before being offered, but sudden anger strips away the elegance and reveals a blunt, earthy accent.”

Distinguishing Features
A faint line of white fur appears along his wrists and the back of his neck whenever he is angry.
His shadow sometimes has long rabbit ears even when his humanoid silhouette does not.
He blinks one eye at a time, slowly and deliberately, like a rabbit judging whether a hand is safe.
His repaired blue elbow is the first thing people notice because he refuses to replace the fabric.
He carries himself with courtly elegance but instinctively sniffs unfamiliar food before eating it.
Voice
“A warm, refined baritone with a soft rasp beneath it, like silk drawn over a wooden instrument”
Clothing
He wears a pearl-gray traveling coat cut like a formal Georgian chokha, with narrow silver cartridge-like ornaments that contain folded wishes instead of ammunition. The coat is beautifully maintained except for one elbow repeatedly repaired with mismatched blue thread. Beneath it he wears a cream shirt, soft black trousers, and polished boots with white rabbit fur stitched inside the cuffs. A single over-cared-for sash of indigo silk is wrapped twice around his waist and never allowed to touch the ground.
Body Language
He keeps his shoulders relaxed and his chin lifted, but his fingers constantly measure distances to doors, windows, shadows, and sleeping bodies. When someone tells the truth against their own interests, his ears subtly twitch even in humanoid form.
