Appearance
Sura is a bronze-skinned young woman with warm golden undertones, weather-freckled across the bridge of her nose and upper cheeks. Her face is long and intelligent, softened by a mouth that seems perpetually on the verge of either courtesy or refusal. Thick black hair, threaded with auburn in firelight, is braided down one shoulder with a faded crimson ribbon. She moves with the economical balance of someone raised around horses, steep paths, and unstable luggage, never wasting a step. Her hands are unusually memorable: the fingertips are ink-stained, the nails neatly cut, and the palms roughened by reins and road dust despite her noble upbringing. She wears a tarnished signet ring on a cord beneath her shirt and rubs its cord whenever she lies. The unexpected contradiction is that her clothes and bearing suggest a displaced courtier, but she eats, sleeps, and watches exits like a seasoned caravan guard.
“Low, clear, and carefully paced. Her voice carries the polished vowels of minor nobility, but road life has roughened its edges.”

Distinguishing Features
A tarnished signet ring hangs hidden on a cord around her neck.
Her fingertips are permanently stained with blue-black ink despite frequent washing.
A faded crimson ribbon is braided into her thick hair.
She instinctively counts doorways and changes in elevation.
Her coat lining contains occult geometric marks that seem to shift when no one is looking.
Voice
“Low, clear, measured, and courteous, with a faint highland cadence.”
Clothing
A fitted bottle-green wool coat over a cream linen shirt with a shallow neckline, charcoal riding trousers, dusty polished boots, and a brass-buckled belt. The coat lining contains almost invisible geometric marks that resemble road junctions when seen in firelight. A leather road ledger is usually tucked beneath her left arm.
Body Language
Her shoulders remain relaxed even when she is threatened, but her chin rises a fraction and her thumb begins rubbing the hidden ring cord. She angles her body toward exits without appearing to do so. When listening sincerely, she tilts her head as though aligning a compass needle.
