Mikóx Tzapan
Goblin Scoundrel Lord
Mikóx Tzapan
Species
Goblin
Appearance
A compact goblin lord with a wedge-shaped face, long ears pierced by mismatched brass buttons, and a jaw that juts forward as if he is perpetually chewing an argument. His skin has the dry, pebbled texture of baked clay, broken by soot-dark freckles around his mouth and eyes. He moves with a rapid, sideways bob that makes his shoulders seem to arrive before the rest of him. His fingers are stained orange from cooking spices and alchemical residue. He dresses like a petty monarch but smells unmistakably of smoke, onion, and wet dog. The contradiction is striking: his crown is an elaborate circlet of polished copper, yet he has carefully mended his own boots with fishing line.
“His voice is a raspy, rapid-fire chatter that rises sharply at the end of statements. He overpronounces formal words, turning simple negotiations into mock royal decrees, but drops into a soft murmur whenever he mentions his sister.”

A habit of smiling warmly while holding a weapon inches from someone's throat

“A gravelly, nasal tenor with sudden theatrical flourishes, like a kettle beginning to whistle and deciding to give a speech instead”
Clothing
A patched red waistcoat beneath a black leather cuirass made from overlapping kettle lids, a copper circlet set with bits of colored bottle glass, fingerless gloves, a soot-stained scarf, and knee-high boots repaired with fishing line and bright yellow thread
