Appearance
Vorga One-Eye is a tall orc woman with light blue skin that has the matte texture of river stone and a powerful, compact frame built for carrying armor over long marches. Her red eyes are vivid and watchful, though one is permanently clouded beneath a thin black scarred lid, an injury she bears exactly as her title demands. Her long black hair is braided into seven tight cords, each bound with a small copper bead taken from a defeated enemy standard. Crimson tattoos run from her scalp down her neck, wrists, and knuckles in angular clan script, appearing almost wet when she invokes blood magic. She waits with most of her weight on the balls of her feet, as if the earth itself might give way beneath her, and moves with startling quiet for someone so heavily armed. The unexpected contradiction is her immaculate grooming: even after battle, her braids remain orderly and her nails are scrubbed clean, while her cloak is patched with ugly, practical stitches.
“Low, clipped, and deliberate. Vorga pauses between sentences as though weighing them on a scale.”

Distinguishing Features
One eye is permanently clouded beneath a thin black scarred lid, giving her the title One-Eye.
Seven copper beads adorn her hair, each taken from a captured enemy banner.
Angular crimson tattoos cover her scalp, neck, wrists, and knuckles.
Her axe haft is marked with hundreds of tiny horizontal cuts, one for every Garuuk soldier lost under her command.
She smells faintly of iron, juniper smoke, and clean wool.
Voice
“A deep contralto with a dry rasp, more like gravel carefully poured into a bowl than a growl. She pronounces names with unusual precision and never uses a nickname unless she has accepted someone as family.”
Clothing
Layered black boiled-leather armor beneath a sleeveless crimson military coat, high gray wool leggings, iron-shod travel boots, and a weatherproof blue-gray cloak fastened with a copper clan brooch. Her clothing is repaired repeatedly but kept meticulously clean.
Body Language
Vorga stands almost perfectly still when listening, with her axe held upright and both hands resting on its haft. When waiting, she leans slightly forward rather than back, placing her weight toward the next decision. Her chin lowers when she is disappointed, and her fingers tap twice against the axe haft whenever she has reached a conclusion.
