Appearance
Kor is a lean kenku with charcoal feathers that soften to iron-gray around his throat and wrists. He moves with an unsettling economy, never quite walking directly toward anyone, instead angling through rooms as if following invisible corridors. His glossy black eyes rarely settle on faces. They track hands, belts, door hinges, loose coins, and the shadows beneath furniture. His beak is broad and blunt, with a chipped ivory tip, and when he laughs his jaw opens farther than most people expect, revealing a neat row of small, pale teeth. The contradictory impression is striking: he looks built for skulking, yet he carries himself with the careful dignity of a retired court servant.
