Appearance
Kryon is a sharply angled dragonborn whose deep iron-grey and charcoal scales overlap like forged plates rather than natural armor. Their cold sheen turns almost blue beneath the Brass Spires' morning light, while the scales around his throat are matte and rough, as if scorched by old furnace smoke. A narrow split runs from the left horn to the corner of his eye, leaving a permanent pale seam across his brow. He moves with economical military precision, never wasting a turn of the shoulders or a footstep, yet his tail drags softly across stone when he is angry, producing a sound like a file drawn across metal. His most unsettling feature is his smile, which is warm, patient, and completely at odds with the predatory geometry of his face. He leaves people with the impression that they have just been measured for armor.

His coat is cut like a military officer's jacket, with brass stitching marking old treaty victories instead of medals. He wears a red-black sash bearing the Draknaari Diplomatic Coalition seal, though the sash is usually tucked beneath his armor. His left arm is enclosed in an arcanely charged brass tactical gauntlet covered in rotating plates, etched coordinates, and tiny blue-white warding glyphs.
Body Language
Kryon keeps his chin slightly lowered, forcing others to look up into his eyes. His left hand rests near the tactical gauntlet whenever someone makes an unexpected movement. During negotiations, he aligns objects on the table into straight tactical formations. When he has decided to threaten someone, he stops moving entirely.
