A standard healing draught sealed in a scaled ceramic flask.

Shop Atmosphere
“The Ninth Measure was named after a numbered mark on an old military survey that once measured the street's distance from the city gate. Locals shortened the phrase over generations, but Sesh restored the full wording because he likes numbers that survived bad maps. The shop smells of hot brass, cedar ash, and rain on stone. Its walls are lined with shallow shelves holding spell components, healing draughts, mundane travel gear, and carefully labeled relics. A red-scaled dragon named Sesh owns and operates the shop. He is broad-shouldered, scarred across one eye, and dresses in a sleeveless merchant's coat reinforced with overlapping metal plates. His voice is quiet enough that customers lean toward him, but every word carries the weight of a command. Sesh permits the manaless patron inside without hesitation, reserving a comfortable chair near the brazier and keeping the shop's enchanted locks from reacting to that person's presence. He considers dependence on magic a poor measure of worth and often recommends mundane tools before enchanted ones. The owner is patient with experienced adventurers, suspicious of collectors who cannot explain their intended use, and openly contemptuous of anyone who treats servants, porters, or noncasters as disposable. He knows that a party of the twentieth level can buy nearly anything elsewhere, so he competes through authenticity, discretion, and the promise that every dangerous object comes with honest instructions.”
