They lean toward Neutral alignments, preferring to observe the laws of nature and the necessities of survival over the rigid structures of surface kingdoms. They worship the Great Kiln, a personification of the subterranean heat that provides them life.

They dwell in 'Breath-Halls,' natural cavern networks where thermal vents provide the heat needed for their glasswork. Their architecture is minimal, consisting of modular glass pavilions and silk tents anchored to the cave walls. The most striking features of their homes are the winding glass pipes that circulate hot air to provide light and warmth.

The Vitri-Kha are seen as elusive but valuable trading partners. They exchange exquisite, magically-tempered glassware for raw metals and rare spices. They maintain a respectful distance from surface-dwelling desert folk, often trading at night to avoid the blinding sun. They share a deep, quiet kinship with earth-dwelling species like the stone-kin or deep-gnomes, though they find the sedentary nature of such folk confusing.
