Deepcroaks are squat, muscular humanoids with moist, permeable skin that often displays vibrant, bioluminescent patterns in shades of indigo, neon green, or pale yellow. Their large, bulbous eyes are positioned to the sides of their heads, granting a wide field of vision even in the dimmest light. They possess four-fingered hands with bulbous suction-pad tips and powerful, elongated hind legs designed for sudden bursts of movement. Deepcroak settlements, called 'Slick-Halls,' are typically found in massive, water-filled limestone caverns.
