Etho

World · A round world

Etho

Three shrines stand between mortal questions and divine silence.

Overview

Etho is a broad, living world of mountain chains, deep lakes, green fields, dark forests, and blue coasts. Its people share one old question: what do the gods want, if they still answer at all? Three Great Shrines shape trade and faith: the Pass Sanctuary guarded by Tavren, the Red Lakes watched by Modeus the Warforged, and the Door, the only place mortals can speak with the gods. Pilgrimage brings wealth, danger, and argument wherever it goes.
