Is the Discord bot free to use?
Yes! Core features are free for all linked accounts. Dice rolling, initiative tracking, and all AI generators (NPCs, monsters, taverns, shops, settlements, factions, loot, poetry) are completely free. Voice recording is free for subscribers (1 gold/minute otherwise). Only live transcription requires an ELITE+ subscription.
How does voice recording work?
Join any voice channel on your server, then use /start-recording. The bot joins and captures all audio. When you're done, /stop-recording delivers an MP3 file directly to Discord. Recordings can last up to 4 hours, and you can optionally enable live transcription to see words appear as people speak.
What are the AI generators?
Generate complete D&D content instantly with /generate commands: NPCs with full backstories, monsters with statblocks, taverns with menus and patrons, shops with inventory, settlements with governments, factions with goals, loot appropriate to any level, and poetry including prophecies and tavern songs. All generators are completely free!
How does the dice roller work?
Full D&D notation support with /roll. Examples: /roll 1d20+5 for attacks, /roll 4d6kh3 for stat generation (keep highest 3), /roll 2d20kl1 for disadvantage (keep lowest), /roll 8d6 for fireball damage. Supports modifiers, multiple dice, and complex expressions.
What languages are supported for transcription?
We support 99+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and many more. Use /set-language before recording to set your preferred language.
How much does recording cost?
