Three figures drop from the fire escape as two desperate scavengers shove crates into your path. One goblin points at the food cart and shouts, “Leave it, and nobody gets hurt!” A stone skips off the wall beside you as the alley closes around the fight.

A collapsed storefront with a waist-high counter and stacked empty crates.

Bus Wreck
A rusted bus shell blocking the far end, with a handcart of canned food behind it.
Terrain Levers
- Tip the cracked bus shell to create half cover or block the alley.
- Kick loose bricks from the fire escape onto a marked zone; creatures there make a DC 10 Dexterity save or fall prone.
- Cut the hanging tarp to reveal the ambushers or drop it across the alley, creating heavy obscurement until moved.
