A narrow loft above the mill floor, reached by a ladder and lined with grain bins.
Terrain Levers
- Cut the rope holding the grain hoist to drop a load and create difficult terrain.
- Kick open the mill sluice to flood one 25-foot zone with ankle-deep water.
- A character can shove a burning oil lamp into spilled flour, creating a 10-foot smoke cloud until the end of the next round.
