The wagon lies ripped open across the road, one wheel smashed sideways and cargo strewn into the ditch. Cultists crouch behind the wreck and the rocks, bows up, with hostages shoved into the gap between them. Their leader lifts a hand and calls for one clean step forward, or the prisoners die.

Broken wagon, splintered boards, and one pinned wheel. Solid cover at the center of the road.

Road Ditches
Shallow roadside ditches and wet mud. Low cover, awkward footing, easy to crawl in and out of.

Rock Scatter
Scattered low rocks and torn sacks. Broken cover with clear sightlines toward the river path.
Terrain Levers
- Kick the shattered wagon loose to block the road or expose the ditch line.
- Heave loose cargo into a lane to make rough cover or a trip hazard.
- Spook the team horse, if still tied, to create noise and break enemy aim.
