Appearance
A slender, long-limbed young woman with light bronze skin and clear, youthful features. Her bright amber eyes are flecked with gold and rarely settle on a face for long, instead checking doorways, hands, windows, and the position of every chair. Many narrow black braids frame her face, each tied with russet thread. She stands calmly with her chin slightly raised and one hip angled toward the nearest escape route. Her movements are economical and quiet, but her left foot always tests the floor before she commits her weight, as though she expects hidden hollows beneath polished rooms. The unexpected contradiction is that her posture suggests a poised courtier while her hands and shoulders belong to someone perpetually ready to flee. She leaves an impression of immaculate self-control surrounding a barely contained animal alertness.
