Appearance
Sariel is a severe, impeccably groomed wood-elf woman whose angular face seems carved from pale river stone. Her silver-blond hair is drawn into a tight utilitarian knot, with not a single strand allowed to escape. Her emerald eyes are piercing and unnervingly still, yet tiny green reflections move across her irises whenever she detects a lie or magical alteration. She moves with economical precision, never turning her whole body when a glance will suffice, and walks as though every floorboard has already been measured. Her hands are long-fingered and ink-stained at the cuticles despite constant grooming. The unexpected contradiction is her smile: when genuinely amused, it is broad, crooked, and almost girlish, completely at odds with her austere appearance.
