Appearance
A small girl with vividly blue hair cut bluntly at the jaw, though the ends drift as if underwater even in still air. Her purple eyes are large and bright enough to seem theatrical at first glance, but they become flat and exhausted whenever she thinks no one is watching. Her skin is pale from centuries spent beneath palace roofs and winter skies, with wind-roughened knuckles and faint silver lines at her wrists that resemble old frost trapped beneath the skin. She moves with deliberate, doll-like precision when performing innocence, patting heads and tilting her chin for effect. When her mask slips, every motion becomes economical and adult, as if a tired monarch has briefly taken control of a child's body. The contradictory impression is immediate: she looks soft, decorative, and touchable, yet the air around her feels like a sealed tomb that has learned to smile.
“Her public voice is high, sweet, and deliberately childish, with soft nonsense sounds and sudden little giggles. Her private voice is low, dry, and measured, with the exhausted cadence of someone who has repeated the same conversation for thousands of years.”

Distinguishing Features
Her blue hair moves a heartbeat after she does, as though reality is slow to catch up with her.
When she is rattled, her breathing makes a faint glassy chime audible to anyone within five feet.
Her purple irises contain tiny dark rings that rotate slowly when she is remembering a former life.
She pats people on the head with sincere tenderness even while threatening them.
Her shadow sometimes shows her as an old woman in a crown rather than as a child.
Voice
“Her public voice is bright, sing-song, and almost painfully sweet. Her private voice is dry, quiet, and ancient, with consonants clipped short. When she becomes angry, the childish voice continues speaking while a second, older tone seems to breathe underneath it.”
Clothing
A navy wool dress beneath a fitted plum traveling coat, both trimmed with tiny silver clasps shaped like closed eyes. She wears thick gray stockings, polished black boots, and a child-sized satchel that contains relics from several of her former lives. Her sleeves are deliberately overlong, hiding her hands until she chooses to reveal them.
Body Language
In her public manner she leans forward, swings her feet, clasps her hands under her chin, and pats people with startling familiarity. When irritated, she becomes perfectly still except for one thumb rubbing the side of her index finger. During emotional distress, her breathing becomes shallow and arrhythmic, and her voice briefly drops into the tired register of an elderly woman.
