Sahra Bako
Unique Redeemed Demon Lord, Divine Spellcaster
Sahra Bako
Species
Redeemed succubus
Appearance
Sahra Bako is tall, lushly built, and immediately difficult to categorize. Her skin has the matte black sheen of cooled volcanic glass, but faint copper lines move beneath it like lamplight under dark water. She carries her weight on the balls of her stone-hoofed feet, rocking almost imperceptibly as if listening to music no one else can hear. Her complex dark hair is braided close to the scalp, looped into a broad crown, and pinned with blunt iron needles used by ordinary seamstresses. Three narrow tails trail behind her, each ending in a stinger that twitches when someone lies. Her batlike wings are covered in luminous script that changes from Abyssal curses to tender fragments of poetry when she is moved. She smells unmistakably of hot iron, bitter orange peel, and rain on dry pavement, a scent she insists is simply 'the smell of work.' The contradiction is striking: she looks like an omen of slaughter, yet she keeps flour beneath her talons and has the perpetually practical posture of someone waiting for a bread oven to finish heating.
“Her voice is low, warm, and unhurried, with the practical cadence of a market woman measuring grain. Each word is carefully placed, but never sounds rehearsed.”

Distinguishing Features
Three stinger-tipped tails that communicate her mood before her face does
Pupil-less eyes that display drifting rings of copper light
Stone hooves that exude red-hot liquid iron without visibly burning her
Batlike wings covered in glowing runes that rewrite themselves in response to nearby emotions
A constant scent of hot iron, bitter orange peel, and rain on dry ground
Blunt iron hairpins and a flour-smudged apron pocket, incongruously practical against her demonic form
Voice
“A contralto with a dry, intimate warmth, like a familiar song heard through a closed door. When angered, the warmth vanishes and the voice becomes quieter rather than louder.”
Clothing
A sleeveless charcoal robe of layered silk and oil-dark leather, tied with a broad woven sash carrying chalk, needles, keys, and small tools. A short copper breastplate protects her ribs without concealing the glowing runes beneath her skin. She wears no jewelry except a plain iron ring made from the lock of her former prison.
Body Language
When waiting, Sahra rests one hoof slightly behind the other and leans forward as though prepared to cross the room in a single silent step. Her wings fold tightly around her like a cloak when she is listening, then open by inches as her patience thins. Her tails gesture independently, with the middle tail pointing toward danger and the outer two curling protectively around people she favors.
