Appearance
Glim is a compact gnome with the polished confidence of a man twice his height. He moves in quick, economical bursts, darting around wagon wheels and crate stacks as if the entire caravan were an extension of his body. His bushy blond hair and carefully combed beard frame a broad, weathered face, while his clothes carry the bright dignity of a prosperous peddler who refuses to look prosperous only by accident. His hands are stained with axle grease, berry dye, and ink, yet every gemstone ring is freshly polished. The contradictory impression is unmistakable: he looks like a flamboyant entertainer, but watches every exit, wheel, and animal harness with the grim focus of a siege engineer.
