Vezhanu Keresadze
Fighter, Battle Master
Vezhanu Keresadze
Species
Dragonborn
Appearance
Vezhanu is a broad-shouldered brass dragonborn woman whose scales have the muted, sand-colored sheen of old hammered metal. Fine darker bands gather around her elbows, throat, and knuckles, where years of climbing rigging, carrying stone, and working beside furnaces have polished some scales smooth while leaving others rough as ceramic. She moves with careful economy, placing each foot as though the ground might shift beneath her, yet when startled she turns with startling dancer-like speed. Her pregnancy is visible beneath a leather-and-mail belly guard that has been altered with brass lacing and padded from within. She wears a small clay whistle on a cord at her hip, visibly chewed and repaired many times. The contradiction people remember is that her imposing frame and furnace-breath are paired with extraordinarily delicate hands, which she uses to mend cracked cups, stitch banners, and cradle stray animals.
“Her speech is low, deliberate, and richly articulated, with mountain vowels and a faint rasp from years around furnaces. She pauses before names, as if weighing their shape.”

Distinguishing Features
A clay whistle at her hip bears tooth marks, three repairs, and a thumb-smoothed patch where she touches it when anxious.
Her horns curve backward like short ram's horns and are capped with tiny brass rings engraved with the names of dead company members.
The scales on her palms are unusually pale and smooth from years of handling hot metal and wet clay.
Her lower abdomen is visibly rounded by pregnancy, and the mail around it has been custom-fitted with bright brass lacing.
She smells faintly of smoke, wool, mountain rain, and quince tea.
Voice
“A deep contralto with a dry warmth, like a kettle beginning to sing. Her laugh is unexpectedly quiet and breathy, while her battle cry sounds like a furnace door slammed shut.”
Clothing
A sleeveless rust-red wool tunic under a fitted shirt of overlapping iron scales, an adapted leather-and-mail belly guard, heavy charcoal trousers, reinforced climbing boots, and a faded blue sash once belonging to the Ashen Span Company. Her brass whistle hangs from a cord at her left hip.
Body Language
She keeps one hand near the lower curve of her belly when standing still, not protectively but as if listening through her palm. When assessing a person, she tilts her head and lowers her horns slightly. Her tail traces small deliberate arcs when she is lying.
