Borzsák Merenk
Fighter, Battle Master
Borzsák Merenk
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Borzsák stands like a gate that has survived too many sieges, broad through the chest and slightly stooped at the neck from decades beneath armor and forge beams. His green-gray skin is mapped with pale scar tissue, including a puckered line from his left ear to the corner of his mouth that pulls his face into what looks like a permanent crooked smile. His black hair is braided into six thick cords threaded with copper rings, old cavalry buttons, and three tiny iron nails. One tusk is capped in polished blue glass, an unexpectedly delicate ornament against his brutal silhouette. He moves slowly until violence begins, then crosses space with startling economy, each step placed like a hammer strike. He smells of coal smoke, oiled leather, rosemary, and rain-wet iron.
“Low, clipped, and gravelly, with a careful rhythm that sounds like measured hammering. His Common carries a faint borderland accent, while his Orcish becomes fluid and almost musical when he is grieving.”

Distinguishing Features
A blue glass cap covers his left tusk.
Six thick braids are decorated with copper rings and battlefield iron.
His left hand has only three fingers, replaced by a hinged blacksmith's prosthetic thumb and two articulated steel digits.
A pale scar across his mouth resembles a crooked smile.
The enchanted greataxe bears hundreds of tiny names etched into its head.
Voice
“A deep, weathered baritone with the authority of a command shouted across rain and iron. When speaking to children or apprentices, it softens into a surprisingly gentle rumble.”
Clothing
A soot-dark leather apron over a faded red military coat, reinforced trousers, iron-toed boots, a patched wool shoulder mantle, and a belt carrying tongs, chalk, whetstones, and a small folding ruler
Body Language
He keeps his shoulders squared even while seated, rests one hand on nearby stone or wood as if testing its structural honesty, and turns his whole body toward anyone speaking to him. Before making a difficult decision, he presses his thumb against the blue glass cap on his tusk.
