Ignis-0 is an ancient, heavy-duty early-model Gearforged built from thick industrial iron and weathered brass plating. Their chassis carries unpolished weld scars, riveted replacement panels, and deep structural dents left by the repossession purges. A steady blue soul-core pulses within a reinforced chest cavity, casting cold light through narrow seams in their torso. Their movements are slow only until action becomes necessary. Then every joint locks into alignment with brutal economy, their feet striking stone like dropped engine parts. They smell of hot oil, rain on metal, and old coal smoke. The unexpected softness is in their hands, whose broad fingers have been fitted with padded grip-caps so they can lift frightened workers and awakened children without crushing them.
