Rak'Thaka is a broad-shouldered half-orc with the heavy hands of a porter and the careful fingers of a gardener. His face is square, weathered, and asymmetrical, with one lower tusk chipped flat from a childhood fall. His dark hair is kept in short, uneven twists, usually dusted with road grit, while a thin line of gray runs above his right temple. His movements are surprisingly quiet for a man his size. He walks with a slight forward lean, as though always listening to the ground through his boots. He smells faintly of fresh-cut oak, crushed marigold, and rain-soaked rope. The unexpected thing about him is his delicacy: he handles fragile glassware, eggs, and injured birds with more patience than he shows people.
