Vaelora Starfen
Deity
Vaelora Starfen
Species

Appearance
Vaelora is striking in the way a lightning strike is striking, impossible to ignore and slightly alarming even when beautiful. She has a lean, dancer's frame, but moves with the loose confidence of someone who expects the world to make room for her and usually does. Her skin has a warm pearl sheen, like moonlit shell, and faint constellations seem to surface beneath it when she laughs. Her hair is a wild spill of black threaded with silver, but the silver is not streaked evenly, it gathers in bright, wind-tossed ribbons as if the night sky itself forgot to stay still. Her eyes are mismatched, one gold and one storm-gray, both sharp with amusement. She wears layered robes of deep indigo and bruised violet that look expensive from a distance and slightly mended up close. The cloth is embroidered with tiny bells, teeth, and stars, yet she walks so softly they rarely ring. The unexpected part is her left hand, which is always wrapped in plain healer's linen, neat and almost sober, contrasting absurdly with her dazzling, irreverent presence.
“Quick, musical, and full of elegant little barbs. She speaks as if every sentence might be a toast, a dare, or an indictment.”

Distinguishing Features
A crescent-shaped scar at the base of her throat that glows when she speaks a hard truth.
Mismatched eyes, one gold and one storm-gray.
Constellation-like flecks beneath her skin that appear only in moonlight.
A linen-wrapped left hand she never fully uncovers in public.
Tiny bells hidden in her clothing that almost never make a sound.
Voice
“Velvet-bright with a laugh that lands like a bell struck in an empty chapel”
Clothing
Layered indigo and violet robes over fitted black travel wear, with moon-silver clasps, tiny bells hidden in the hems, and a plain linen wrap around her left hand
Body Language
She leans as if gravity is a negotiable suggestion, often tilting her head while studying people like a performer judging a fellow performer. Her hands are expressive and quick, sketching little circles, crooked halos, and mock bows. When she senses a lie, her fingers still for an instant and the wrapped left hand tightens against her palm.
