Seshayi Adebun
Species
Wood Elf
Appearance
Seshayi is a lithe, long-limbed elf whose posture carries both dancerly grace and the practical balance of someone who has spent years walking uneven forest paths with a child against her chest. Her full, heavy bust is visibly shaped by nursing, and she carries her half-elf babe in a soft ochre sling across her front, feeding the child with calm, unselfconscious practicality when needed. Her skin has a warm brown-gold tone, weathered at the forearms and shoulders by sun, rain, and years of gathering medicinal bark. She keeps her weight on the balls of her feet when waiting, as if ready to step between danger and the infant without thinking. Her movements are quiet but never delicate. The unexpected contradiction is that her serene face and almost priestly stillness conceal a startlingly strong grip and the alert, economical habits of a former woodland skirmisher.
“Her voice is low, breathy, and clear, with sibilant consonants that become almost musical when she speaks Elvish. She speaks slowly when calming someone and very quickly when listing medical instructions.”

Distinguishing Features
A pale crescent birthmark rests at the base of her neck, partly hidden by her collar.
Her fingertips are permanently stained green-brown from years of handling herbs and bark tannins.
She wears tiny bronze bells braided into one lock of hair, but they never seem to make a sound while she moves.
Her left shoulder bears a faint pattern of silver freckles that brighten near consecrated moonwater.
She has an unusually steady gaze that makes people feel noticed rather than judged.
Voice
“A warm contralto with a breathy edge, soft sibilants, and a patient rhythm that can turn suddenly commanding when someone is in danger.”
Clothing
A sleeveless moss-green wrap tunic over a cream linen nursing shift, layered skirts split for movement, weatherproof leggings, and soft brown boots. A broad ochre sling holds Tavi against her chest. Her belt carries herb pouches, a waterskin, and small carved tokens from villages she has helped.
Body Language
When relaxed, she rocks subtly from heel to toe and keeps one palm resting over the child's back. When threatened, she becomes perfectly still, lowers her chin, and angles her body so that the child is behind her hip. She touches living wood whenever she must make a difficult decision.
