Kirgut Tazek
Fighter
Kirgut Tazek
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Kirgut Tazek enters a room with the measured weight of a man accustomed to being watched. He is broad through the chest and waist, with the dense, weathered build of a career soldier rather than a tournament champion. His olive-green skin carries a faint copper sheen beneath the lamplight, and coarse black hair is braided close to his skull before falling in three short cords behind his right ear. His lower tusks are capped in dull silver, each cap engraved with a tiny crescent and worn smooth at the edges from years of habitual biting. He stands with his weight settled slightly onto his left heel, as though every floor might tilt like a ship's deck. The unexpected softness is in his hands, which are broad and scarred but move delicately when he handles cards, coins, or a wineglass. He leaves behind the impression of iron wrapped in velvet, accompanied by the smell of clove oil, salt air, and oiled leather.
“His voice is low, grainy, and carefully paced, with the formal phrasing of court announcements softened by the blunt cadence of a barracks veteran. He pronounces names precisely, lets silence do the work of anger, and laughs with a sudden rolling warmth that makes his tusk caps click softly.”

Distinguishing Features
Three silver caps on his lower tusks, polished smooth where he worries them with his tongue.
A shallow brass bowl of gaming coins always rests in his left hand or hangs from his belt, its rim worn bright where his thumb circles it.
His posture leans subtly toward his left heel, giving him the balanced stance of a man expecting a rolling deck.
A small blue glass bead is sewn into the inside cuff of his right sleeve, a private mourning token from the siege.
His masquerade mask resembles a severe golden jackal and makes his already prominent tusks seem to jut from a predator's muzzle.
Voice
“A deep baritone with a dry rasp, capable of becoming intimate without becoming gentle and commanding without becoming loud.”
Clothing
A dark wine-colored kaftan beneath lamellar armor of blackened steel and brass, a teal sash embroidered with small salt crystals, soft riding boots, and a sable-trimmed cloak fastened with an old cavalry brooch. His masquerade mask is a lacquered golden jackal with a narrow jaw and no decoration except three blue glass beads.
Body Language
He keeps his shoulders relaxed but never fully turns his back to a doorway. While waiting, he places most of his weight on his left heel and rests two fingers against the worn brass rim of his coin bowl. When amused, he rubs one silver tusk cap with his tongue. When deciding whether to threaten someone, he slowly aligns the rings on his right hand.
