Malakor Seth
Species
Blue Dragonborn
Appearance
Malakor Seth is a tall, slender blue dragonborn whose slate-blue scales have the matte texture of river stone after a storm. He stands so rigidly that people often mistake him for a carved monument until his eyes move. Those amber eyes rarely meet the face of the person speaking. Instead, they track hands, doorways, witnesses, and exits, as though every room were a courtroom and every gesture evidence. His movements are economical and nearly silent despite his heavy armor. He seems to take up more space than his narrow frame should allow, creating a still, pressurized silence around himself. The unexpected contradiction is that his intimidating presence is paired with extraordinarily delicate hands, which he uses to mend torn documents, polish tiny seal-stamps, and turn ledger pages with the care of a conservator.
“Low, clipped, and judicial. Malakor speaks with long pauses between clauses, as if allowing invisible scribes to record every word.”

Distinguishing Features
A chained iron ledger hangs from his left gauntlet and is treated as both weapon and sacred relic.
His amber eyes inspect hands, seals, exits, and witnesses before looking at faces.
The air around him often smells faintly of wet stone and ozone.
His armor is immaculate except for a single polished section over the heart that bears no engraving at all.
He casts a long, rigid shadow even in diffuse light, as though lit by an unseen setting sun.
Voice
“A low baritone with a dry rasp, like iron dragged across wet slate. His Draconic becomes resonant and almost musical when invoking a storm, while his Common remains flat and carefully measured.”
Clothing
Heavy polished plate armor engraved with jagged lightning motifs, a sweeping dark grey wool cloak weighted against badland gales, black gloves beneath articulated gauntlets, and a chain-secured iron ledger attached to his left arm
Body Language
Malakor keeps his shoulders square and his chin slightly lowered, giving the impression that he is listening from above without appearing to look down on anyone. His left gauntlet remains close to the iron ledger. When someone lies, one claw taps the cover once. When someone breaks an oath, the tapping stops entirely.
