Mira is a compact Filipina human woman with a powerful dancer's posture, a narrow waist, broad hips, and a full, dramatic figure that makes her stage silhouette instantly recognizable. Her movements are precise rather than languid, each turn stopping with the sudden control of a thrown knife. Her warm brown skin has a faint golden sheen from years spent under colored lanterns, while old pale scars cross the soles of her feet. Her black hair is cut to her jaw in an uneven bob, with one long braid threaded through with tiny brass bells.
