Appearance
Mavren is a broad-shouldered dromaar with the compact strength of someone who lifts flour sacks before sunrise. Their movements are surprisingly delicate, with thick fingers turning pastry dough in slow, precise spirals. Their skin is deep olive-green, textured with faint freckles across the nose and cheekbones, while one lower tusk has been filed flat from years of biting thread. Their apron is permanently dusted with flour, yet their boots are polished enough to reflect candlelight. The contradictory impression is immediate: Mavren looks like a brawler built to break doors, but handles every loaf as if it were a sleeping infant.

When angry, they stop blinking and align nearby objects into perfect rows. They rarely point with a finger, preferring to gesture with a wooden spoon.
