Its proprietor, Tskharo, is a stocky, sharp-eyed gnome with soot-darkened sleeves and a magnifying lens hanging from a chain. Once an army armorer, Tskharo now builds and repairs advanced black-powder firearms in a cramped brick shop. The front room smells of oil, hot metal, and damp charcoal; glass-fronted cabinets display pistols beside rows of screws and springs. Behind a barred counter, a narrow passage leads to the forge and the proprietor's workbench. Tskharo is exacting about safe handling, refuses to sell powder to careless customers, and insists every firearm be test-fired before it leaves the shop. Prices use the 2014-style D&D 5E firearm costs. The venting-collar pistol and gunsmith's field kit are custom shop offerings; the pistol's modest push effect is not a canonical firearm property. The inventory includes canonical firearm and adventuring-gear entries alongside those limited custom items.
