The infirmary floor buckles as black roots tear through the damp earth. Small plant-creatures snap their spears and circle the cot, while the root mass drags its wet bulk around the courtsperson. Blood-red mushrooms burst, filling the grove with spores.

Terrain Levers
- Kick open the moonwell grate to flood one zone with cold water.
- Burn a blood-red mushroom patch to clear spores, but damage anyone nearby.
- Sever three thick roots beneath the infirmary floor to weaken the root mass.
- Herb tables provide half cover until overturned.
