Appearance
Hruna is a broad, iron-jointed mountain dwarf with the compact, immovable posture of a fortress gate. Her skin is weathered like old saddle leather, mapped with pale burn scars and tiny silver flecks from years of hammer work. She moves with deliberate, economical steps, yet her hands are astonishingly quick, snatching falling tools from the air without looking. Her beard is braided into six thick cords, each wrapped in copper wire and tipped with a different flower-shaped steel bead. She smells of coal smoke, rosemary oil, and rain on hot stone. The unexpected contradiction is her smile, which is soft, shy, and almost girlish despite the severe scar crossing her left cheek.
