Tozun Ga'zurri
Steel Keeper, Iron Sentinel
Tozun Ga'zurri
Species
Half-Orc
Appearance
Tozun Ga'zurri is a broad, middle-aged half-orc whose presence seems to occupy more space than his body. His hair is pulled into a severe topknot, while both sides of his head are shaved close enough to show the pale ridges of his scalp. The remaining hair is black threaded with iron-gray, tied with strips of red campaign cloth. His skin is deep olive-green with a weathered, almost leatherlike texture across his knuckles and shoulders. His lower tusks are square and carefully filed flat, an unexpectedly meticulous detail on an otherwise rough-looking man. He moves with slow economy, never wasting a step, yet Black Thorn makes him look strangely graceful when he turns. He smells of lamp oil, horse leather, and juniper smoke, a scent he believes is clean and martial even though it clings strongly to every room he enters.
“Low, clipped, and deliberate. Tozun speaks as though every sentence must survive rain, shouting, and panic.”

Distinguishing Features
A severe topknot with shaved sides, tied with faded red campaign cloth
Carefully filed square lower tusks
A habit of polishing only the serrations of Black Thorn while leaving the rest of the blade visibly worn
A blue wool thread tied around his left wrist
A faint metallic vibration can sometimes be heard from Black Thorn when Tozun is trying not to lose his temper
Voice
“A deep baritone with a dry rasp, like a file dragged across iron. He can project across a battlefield without shouting, and his quietest commands are usually the ones people obey fastest.”
Clothing
A dark green military surcoat over blackened plate armor, with red stitching marking his rank as captain. He wears a broad leather belt carrying chalk, iron nails, a whetstone, and folded inspection reports. His boots are reinforced with overlapping steel plates, and a small strip of blue wool is tied around his left wrist as a private remembrance.
Body Language
Tozun stands with his feet set as if expecting a sudden impact. He rarely folds his arms because he dislikes looking closed off, instead resting one hand on Black Thorn's pommel. When listening, he leans forward slightly and lowers his chin, giving the impression that every word is being weighed. His smile is brief, lopsided, and usually arrives at inappropriate moments.
