Appearance
A tall, unfinished statue stands where a person ought to be, its body formed from pale stone, reflective metal, and patches of living skin that never quite meet. Its concrete visual hook is a mirror set into the center of its chest, not showing the viewer's face, but the exact place where the viewer believes they have failed. One hand holds a carving tool and the other is still being shaped, with fresh stone dust falling upward instead of down. It moves in tiny corrections rather than steps, turning its head a fraction too far, then adjusting back. The contradiction is unmistakable: its surface is immaculate, yet its unfinished state is the only thing it cannot conceal.
“Quiet, measured, and intimate. It sounds as though every sentence has been rehearsed, erased, and restored.”

Distinguishing Features
A mirror embedded in its chest displays the viewer's private sense of inadequacy.
Stone dust rises toward its hands whenever it feels threatened.
Its unfinished hand twitches in the shape of a gesture it has not chosen yet.
Before speaking, it makes three soft clicks in its throat, like a sculptor testing a chisel.
Its reflection is always one small step behind its movements.
Voice
“A low, dry voice with a faint metallic resonance. Before speaking, it draws breath through its teeth and makes three soft clicks in its throat. Under stress, the voice becomes almost warm, which is more frightening than anger.”
Clothing
A sleeveless gray coat resembling a sculptor's smock, neatly folded at the collar but covered in immaculate white dust. Beneath it is a plain black shirt with one button perpetually missing.
Body Language
It leans forward as if inspecting a flaw in the air. Its fingers make tiny measuring gestures, and its head repeatedly settles into a position that is almost, but never quite, symmetrical.
