Vorrak Cleth
Species
Brass Dragonborn
Appearance
A towering brass dragonborn whose silhouette seems cut from military geometry. His facial plates are angular and mirror-polished, though the edges have been dulled by decades of dust, oil, and ceremonial polishing. Deep-set amber eyes remain unnervingly still when he listens. His battle-scarred horns sweep straight back like a ram's, each wrapped near the base with a narrow strip of crimson silk awarded by fallen commanders. He moves with economical precision, never wasting a turn of the head or a step, yet his enormous hands are unexpectedly gentle when handling paper, instruments, or frightened animals. He smells faintly of hot brass, cedar oil, and bitter orange peel, a scent he believes comes only from his armor. The impression he leaves is of a locked gate that has somehow learned to remember every person it has turned away.
“A low, exacting baritone with clipped military diction. He pauses before names, as if weighing their legal and moral consequences.”

Distinguishing Features
Mirror-polished facial plates that reflect torchlight in sharp fragments.
Straight-back horns wrapped with crimson silk memorial bands.
Massive hands with blackened, heat-roughened palms from years of weapon drills and forge inspections.
A faint, persistent scent of cedar oil, hot metal, and bitter orange peel.
A habit of silently counting exits whenever someone begins singing.
Voice
“A furnace-deep voice restrained behind iron discipline, carrying clearly across courtyards without ever becoming a shout. When he sings, which he does only alone, the same voice becomes startlingly warm and almost tender.”
Clothing
Immaculate form-fitting brass plate armor etched with the sunburst heraldry of House Austra-Cleth, a heavy crimson military cloak fastened with an iron sun-clasp, black riding boots, articulated gauntlets, and a narrow leather notebook concealed beneath the left breastplate.
Body Language
He stands perfectly square when on duty, with one hand resting near his sword and the other folded behind his back. In private, his shoulders lower, his tail curls around chair legs, and his thumbs rub the worn corners of his hidden notebook.
