Mizuki Haddad
Barbarian with Druidic Firecraft
Mizuki Haddad
Species
Elf
Appearance
Mizuki looks like someone who has spent more nights outdoors than under a roof. Her red hair is thick, sun-faded at the ends, and tied low with a strip of old blue work cloth rather than a ribbon. Loose strands cling to her temples whenever she becomes angry, as if the air around her has grown damp. She stands with most of her weight on the balls of her feet, heels barely touching the ground, and when she waits she leans slightly toward the nearest exit while appearing completely relaxed. Her hands are broad-palmed and callused, with clean, carefully trimmed nails. Her face is plain at first glance, but her expression changes in small, unsettling increments, like shutters opening one at a time. The unexpected thing about her is her gentleness of movement. Despite her heavy build and barbarian reputation, she crosses a room almost silently, placing each foot as if avoiding sleeping birds. People often remember the faint smell of cedar smoke and crushed mint that follows her.
“Low, concise, and lightly roughened by smoke. She speaks common words plainly, pauses before promises, and becomes almost ceremonious when making a threat.”

Distinguishing Features
A small diamond is set into the katana's blade near the guard, visibly growing warm when she becomes protective.
Her red hair is tied with faded blue work cloth cut from her father's old apron.
She carries no visible shield, yet habitually positions herself between strangers and open doors.
Her left boot contains a tiny compartment filled with cedar seeds.
She smiles at campfires as if listening to someone speak.
Voice
“A low contralto with a dry edge, like a wooden door opening after rain. Her voice becomes softer when issuing commands and louder only when someone is in danger.”
Clothing
A sleeveless charcoal traveling coat over a rust-red linen shirt, layered green wrappings around the forearms, loose dark trousers tucked into soft leather boots, and a weatherproof half-cloak stitched with tiny pockets for seeds, salt, thread, and flint
Body Language
She waits with her weight forward, one thumb hooked beneath her belt, and her head turned slightly toward the room's quietest corner. In combat, she lowers her shoulders and moves with a soft, almost domestic efficiency, as though sweeping a floor. When ashamed, she checks the condition of nearby plants.
