Appearance
Sha'Raa is a broad-shouldered half-orc woman whose age shows in silver at her temples, fine lines around her mouth, and the careful economy of every movement. Her skin is deep olive-gray with a warm clay undertone, roughened like fired pottery across her knuckles. She walks with a slight forward lean, as though listening to a voice beneath the ground, yet in battle she moves with startling grace and almost no wasted motion. Her lower tusks are filed flat and painted with tiny geometric symbols in blue mineral pigment. A strip of black silk is tied around her left wrist, incongruously delicate against her scarred hands. She leaves people with the impression that she has just remembered something about them that they have never told anyone.

Clothing
She wears layered desert robes of faded saffron, charcoal, and rust-red, reinforced with stitched leather panels beneath the fabric. A smoke-gray veil hangs from one shoulder rather than covering her face. Her belt carries ceramic vials, knotted cords, dried herbs, and small iron tablets engraved with warnings. Her boots are wrapped in linen to muffle her steps across stone.
Body Language
She angles one ear toward whoever is speaking, even when facing someone else. Her fingers constantly arrange beads, bones, and scraps of metal into small patterns. When angry, she becomes very still. When frightened, she smiles and begins tidying the nearest surface.
