Keeper Morwen of the Bleeding Stone
Wizard 12, Divination; Cleric 5, Arcana Domain
Keeper Morwen of the Bleeding Stone
Species
Human
Appearance
Morwen is alarmingly frail and bird-like, with parchment-thin skin stretched over delicate bones and shoulders that tremble even when she stands perfectly still. Her stark white hair floats around her head as if caught in a perpetual underwater current, occasionally knotting itself into shapes resembling letters. Her milky eyes glow with slow-moving silver swirls, and tears of luminous moisture gather in their corners without falling. She moves in abrupt, stuttering adjustments, like a marionette whose strings are being pulled from different moments in time. Despite her skeletal delicacy, her hands are broad-knuckled and scarred from decades of climbing frozen masonry. The contradictory impression she leaves is that of both a dying old woman and an immovable monument.
“Her voice is a dry, breathy rasp interrupted by sudden crystal-clear phrases. She speaks in broken fragments, unfinished clauses, and chilling warnings that shift between past and future.”

Distinguishing Features
Milky luminous eyes filled with slowly rotating silver light
White hair that floats as if suspended in invisible water
A crescent scar beneath her left ear that glows when a leyline shifts
Fingertips permanently stained black-blue by failed prophecy ink
A silver halo-like ring of frost that forms above her head during spellcasting
Voice
“A whispering alto like dry leaves dragged over chapel stone, occasionally interrupted by a resonant chorus that seems to come from beneath the floor”
Clothing
Tattered frost-rimed monastic robes of deep indigo, patched with mismatched heavy wool and stitched through with copper thread. A moth-eaten traveler's cloak hangs from her shoulders, its inner lining covered in faded maps. Her boots are wrapped in strips of old prayer banners.
Body Language
Morwen hunches beneath her cloak and keeps one hand wrapped around her staff. Her head tilts sharply whenever someone lies, and her fingers twitch as though counting invisible clockbeats. When she recognizes a person from a future memory, she briefly reaches toward them with startling tenderness before withdrawing in fear.
