The Sigil shrine is set inside the trunk; low branches provide half cover but collapse when struck by heavy force.

- Cut or seal a crimson sap channel to halt one hazard.
- Expose a shadow anchor beneath a root bridge with a DC 16 Investigation or Perception check.
- Ring the shrine bell to force the Umbral Thane into the open until the end of the next round.
- A creature shoved into the sinkhole falls 20 feet and lands in a mass of grasping roots.
