The cave stinks of wet earth, old blood, and mushrooms gone bad. Half-human shapes rise from the grave heap, bones lashed together with white fungal cords. Deeper in the dark, something big and hungry pulses once, and the dead answer it.

Bone floor slick with rot and pale fungal threads. Half-buried ribs and skulls snag boots and weapons.

The Mushroom Ledge
A low shelf of wet stone with hanging corpse-spores. Creatures here get good cover from the ledge and stray shots.

The Deep Tunnel
A dark throat tunnel breathing out warm, sour air. The hive mind's pulse seems to come from beyond it.
Terrain Levers
- Kick over old bone stacks to make a 10-foot patch of difficult terrain
- Torch the fungus ropes to force a save or split the hive mind's attention
- Collapse a weak tunnel mouth to block reinforcements from deeper in the cave
