Terrain Levers
- Tip the cracked water tank to flood one zone; creatures there make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
- Kick loose bricks from the upper floor; one creature below takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage and the square becomes difficult terrain.
- Break the market stall supports; the stall collapses, creating half cover and blocking a 5-foot passage.
