Appearance
She is a young woman with a watchful stillness that makes her seem carved from the abandoned town around her. She stands beneath a broken streetlamp with her weight balanced on the balls of her feet, never quite resting, while the wind moves her coat before it moves her hair. Her skin has the pale, dry texture of someone accustomed to cold night air, lime dust, and long hours gripping rough stone. Her fingers are ink-stained at the joints and polished smooth along the sides from handling wire, keys, and coins. A narrow brass tally ring hangs from a cord at her throat, its lower edge worn almost paper-thin where her thumb rubs it. Her face is composed and elegant at first glance, but her mouth has a habitual tension as if she is silently counting exits. The contradictory element is her hands, which look delicate enough for a pianist but are knotted with the practical strength of a rooftop worker.
“Her voice is low, clear, and almost toneless when strangers are present. She speaks in short sentences, leaving small silences where other people expect reassurance.”

Distinguishing Features
A brass tally ring on a cord at her throat, worn paper-thin along its lower edge from constant rubbing
A small pale crescent of weathered skin at the base of her left thumb from years of gripping wet masonry and rope
A habit of standing perfectly still beneath broken lamps while everything else around her moves
Fine blue-black ink trapped in the creases of her fingertips despite frequent washing
A faint scent of lamp oil, rain-cooled stone, and crushed mint
Voice
“A low contralto with a cool, dry resonance, like a match struck in an empty stone stairwell”
Clothing
A charcoal wool coat cut short for climbing, patched at the elbows with dull blue sailcloth, over a close-fitted gray shirt and high-waisted dark trousers. Her boots have soft soles and mismatched laces, one waxed black and one faded green. A narrow belt carries tools in flattened leather sleeves. Her hood is lined with pale linen that catches moonlight in a thin, ghostly rim.
Body Language
She keeps her shoulders relaxed and her chin slightly lowered, but her eyes continually map windows, rooflines, and hands. She leans toward sounds without appearing to listen. When deciding whether to trust someone, she turns her brass tally ring beneath her thumb. In combat, she becomes almost motionless between sudden bursts of precise movement.
