Banner-Captain Kylra Frost-Scale
Fighter 6, Battle Master; Paladin 4, Oath of the Crown
Banner-Captain Kylra Frost-Scale
Species
White Dragonborn
Appearance
A youthful white dragonborn with pristine frost-kissed scales, each scale fine and overlapping like chips of polished porcelain. Pale scars cross her left shoulder and cut through the ridge of her jaw, remnants of a battlefield clash that nearly froze her alive. Her neat crest-horns frame alert icy-blue eyes that constantly measure exits, ranks, and emotional temperature. She moves with economical military precision, never wasting a step, yet her long tail occasionally betrays her by twitching toward the Hall's oldest banner. Her ceremonial half-plate is immaculate at first glance, but close inspection reveals volcanic soot permanently embedded in its seams. The contradictory impression is striking: she looks like a young officer carved from winter, but carries herself with the exhausted patience of someone much older.
“Clear, controlled, and quietly resonant, with the clipped cadence of a veteran officer. She pauses before difficult truths and lowers her voice rather than raising it when angry.”

Distinguishing Features
Three pale battlefield scars crossing her left shoulder and jaw
A small notch in the tip of her right horn
Icy-blue eyes with faint silver rings around the pupils
A red war-cloth strip hidden beneath her left pauldron
Frost forming along her scales when she is angry or deeply afraid
Voice
“A low, cool contralto with a faint rasp, like ice dragged across stone. Her voice becomes warmer when addressing exhausted soldiers and nearly emotionless when discussing the Silent Standard.”
Clothing
Immaculate steel half-plate engraved with crossed standards and edged in dark blue enamel, a white officer's sash, reinforced black trousers, ash-gray gloves, and heavy volcanic-leather boots. A narrow strip of red cloth from the Three Pass War is tied beneath her left pauldron.
Body Language
Her posture is erect and controlled, with her standard-pole held like a walking staff rather than a weapon. She turns her whole body toward anyone speaking to her, signaling complete attention. In anger, her jaw scars whiten as the muscles tighten. When frightened, she becomes perfectly still except for the tip of her tail, which traces small circles against the floor.
