Here, the traditional web-work of the Drow has been replaced by glistening, wet strands of solidified gore that vibrate with a low, rhythmic thrum. Deep within the Sanguine Vaults, the sound of rhythmic chanting competes with the skittering of many-legged horrors. The floors are slick with ritual runoff, and the light is a perpetual, sickly crimson. You are standing in the birthplace of a new terror, where the elegance of the Elves has been subsumed by the hunger of the blood-ritual, and the spiders are no longer mere pets—they are extensions of the cult's own circulating life force.
