Rain lashes through the broken arches as brass instruments hum and spark around you. Two pale scribes rise from the flooded floor, their chained hands covered in moving ink, while black-clad scouts loose arrows from the salvage camps. Beyond them, the damaged binding tome rests beneath a cracked observation lens, one shove from sliding into the clouds.

Terrain Levers
- Cut a hanging brass cable to discharge static through one creature within 10 feet.
- Shove a loose lens onto its track to create half cover or a rolling hazard.
- Kick open a storm shutter to expose a 15-foot-wide arch to gale force winds.
- Smear rain across the old route map, revealing hidden Aerenian runes beneath the ink.
