Appearance
Thirra is lean and strong, built like a long-distance runner who has spent years carrying the dead uphill. Her warm umber skin holds a faint sheen of herbal oil, and her deep brown eyes are flecked with amber that seems to brighten near sacred fires. Iron-black hair falls in a heavy braid, streaked prematurely with silver from temple to nape. Her curled horns are wrapped in red thread, tiny clay teeth, seed pods, and polished bone charms clicking softly when she turns her head. She moves with a careful, slightly favoring gait, placing her left hoof first as though testing the ground for hidden spirits. The contradiction is in her hands, which are broad, scarless, and almost startlingly gentle, better suited at first glance to a potter or midwife than an archer.
“Her voice is low, even, and textured with a faint rasp from years of smoke, cold air, and funerary chanting. She speaks with deliberate pauses, as if leaving room for another presence to answer.”

Distinguishing Features
Red thread and small charms wound around both horns, with one clay tooth worn smooth from constant handling.
A left-favoring gait that makes her approach seem uneven until she suddenly accelerates.
A braid threaded with three silver rings, each ring representing someone whose spirit she failed to guide.
Her memorial beads click softly whenever she lies.
She smells faintly of juniper smoke and wet clay.
Voice
“Low, even, and smoke-rough, with deliberate pauses that make ordinary words sound like parts of a rite.”
Clothing
Layered undyed linen bound with braided cord, a weathered russet mantle, soft leather bracers, a sash of faded green, and a belt hung with bone needles, herb pouches, flint, and memorial beads. Sacred herbs are tucked beneath the red thread around her horns, filling the air with bitter sage, crushed juniper, and rain-damp mint.
Body Language
Thirra stands with her weight slightly over her left leg and keeps her shoulders lowered, as though making room for unseen companions. She rarely gestures broadly. Instead, two fingers touch a charm, a thumb smooths a bead, or her chin angles toward a sound others missed. When angered, she stops moving altogether.
