Cloak of Protection

A heavy, shimmering garment fashioned from midnight-blue silk and woven with ultra-fine filaments of cold iron and mithral. Even when discarded upon a damp and dirty stone tiled floor, the fabric remains impossibly pristine, its surface repelling dust and moisture. The hem is stitched with glowing protective sigils in silver thread that pulse with a soft, heartbeat-like rhythm. The clasp is a polished sapphire the size of a human fist, carved into the shape of a stylized shield.
