Fey Ancestry. The blighter has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic cannot put the blighter to sleep.
Cunning Action. On each of its turns, the blighter can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Slinking Toxins. The blighter deals an extra 7 () poison damage when it hits a creature with a ranged weapon attack while it has advantage or if the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the blighter that is not incapacitated.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the blighter has disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Multiattack. The blighter makes two blowgun attacks or two shortsword attacks.
Poison Blowgun. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 25/100 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage plus 7 () poison damage. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 () piercing damage.
Vanish into Shadow. When a creature the blighter can see moves within 5 feet of it, the blighter can move up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks and can then attempt to Hide if it has cover or is in a heavily obscured area.
