Rimepeak Tuskrafter

Mountainfolk tell of tuskrafters as the reason certain ledges are never crossed during storms. Old hunters hang carved tuskrafter talismans to ensure the herd passes without wrath. Some shamans revere the tuskrafters for exposing hidden veins of ore.

Mountain Camouflage. While in rocky or snowy mountain terrain the tuskrafter has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to hide and on Wisdom (Perception) checks relying on hearing or smell.
Ice Sheath. A coating of crystalline rime covers the tuskrafter. A creature that hits the tuskrafter with a melee attack takes 3 () cold damage.
Mountain Stance. The tuskrafter has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws to avoid being moved or shoved when standing on uneven mountain terrain.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 13 () piercing damage. If the target is a creature smaller than the tuskrafter, it is pushed 10 feet and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 () bludgeoning damage. If the target is prone, the stomp deals an extra 7 () bludgeoning damage.
Frost Breath. Recharge 5-6. The tuskrafter exhales a lanced spray of freezing mist in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 () cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save also have their speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn as blades of rime cling to their limbs.
Retaliatory Horn. When a creature the tuskrafter can see hits it with a melee attack, the tuskrafter can immediately make one Gore attack against that attacker.
