Lurking Far-touched Whelp

Tales call them 'mucklings' or 'bloomlings'. Survivors of far-touched workplaces often tell of ones that learn to mimic voices and lead the curious toward traps, but those stories are more often about larger, smarter specimens.

Shadow Bloom. The whelp has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in dim light or darkness.
Radiant Fragility. When the whelp takes radiant damage, roll a d6. On a 4 or higher the whelp is stunned until the end of its next turn as the radiant light disrupts its mutated tissue.
Oozing Residue. Once per short rest the whelp can exude a sticky film in a 5-foot cube adjacent to it. The area becomes difficult terrain until cleaned. Creatures that start their turn in the area must succeed on a Strength saving throw or have their speed halved until the end of that turn.
Mutant Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: bludgeoning damage plus psychic damage.
Warped Spit. Ranged Spell Attack: to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: psychic damage and the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be disoriented, taking disadvantage on its next attack roll.
Snap Reaction. When a creature it can see moves within 5 feet of it, it can make one Mutant Slam attack against that creature as a reaction.
